Terms and Conditions

Caroline Middelsdorf · Last updated: October 21, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the website carolinemiddelsdorf.com and to all free and paid programs, trainings and services offered by Caroline Middelsdorf, trading as My Mind My Mental Wellbeing Practice, Oeverpad 173, 1068 PH Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("we," "us," "our"), including the Phoenix program. By using our website, booking a call or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Our programs, including Phoenix, are educational and coaching programs focused on trauma healing through the body. They include online course content, live group sessions, a digital journal and a private online community, as described at the time of purchase. We may update program content, session times or platforms to improve the experience.

2. Not Therapy or Medical Treatment

Our programs are not therapy, psychological treatment, medical care or crisis support, and they do not replace them. Nothing we provide is a diagnosis or medical advice. If you are in therapy or under medical care, please continue it and consult your provider about whether our program is right for you. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line. You take part voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices and actions during and after the program.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase or take part in our programs.

4. Payment and Payment Plans

The price, currency and any payment plan options are confirmed with you before you enroll. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay every installment in full and on time, regardless of how much of the program you use. If a payment fails or is missed, we may pause your access until the outstanding amount is paid.

5. No Refunds

Because you receive immediate access to digital content, live sessions and the community, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including partial use, non-use or missed sessions. Choosing a payment plan does not change this: the full program fee remains due.

When you enroll, you expressly request that we start delivering the program immediately, and you acknowledge that by doing so you give up the 14-day right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to online purchases under EU consumer law.

6. Access

Your access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred. Program access lasts for the period stated at enrollment. Live sessions are recorded, so you can catch up if you miss one; missed sessions are not refunded or extended.

7. Community and Live Sessions

Our community is built on safety and respect. You agree to treat other members with kindness and to keep anything they share confidential. Do not record, screenshot or share other members' contributions or session content outside the program. We may remove anyone who acts in a harmful or disrespectful way, without a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including videos, recordings, worksheets, the Phoenix Journal and the Phoenix Method, belong to Caroline Middelsdorf. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, sold or used to teach others without our written permission.

9. No Guarantees

Everyone's healing journey and pace is different. Testimonials and member stories reflect individual experiences, not typical or guaranteed results. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or programs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

12. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the latest version on this page. These Terms are governed by Dutch law, and any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
